Recipe for an NFT Collection...

Recipe for an NFT collection... Take some ideas from your childhood Mash them together inside your weird brain See what happens Draw it ! Inside my weird brain the first of those childhood ideas was Dr Who's time machine, TARDIS. It had a broken camouflage system called a Chameleon Circuit which meant it was stuck in the disguise of a police call box. Wherever it landed it looked completely out of place and yet nobody ever seemed to notice. The second idea was from a story by Arthur C. Clarke called The Traveller. He was a tourist from the future who travelled back in time to witness key events in history and to experience places around the world before man ruined them. (and yes, I do realise that I'm revealing my inner Geek! :) So it was the mashup of those two concepts that inspired 'Rebel Chameleon', my latest NFT art collection. A slightly odd looking creature who keeps popping up in snapshots of current events, such as the Prime Minister's mid Lockdown garden

Dark Arts

It seems we face the unpleasant prospect of yet another quarantine 'lockdown' period because of the rising COVID-19 infection rates. Hopefully we'll get to Christmas first. I sat at my desk doodling, doodling turned into sketching, and sketching turned into...this It was the first of many, as I

The next big thing in NFTs?

A quick search of online communities such as Reddit and Discord will throw up thousands of threads and conversations asking just that question. So what's the answer? We should probably start by looking at what's big at the moment. "The NFT market is thoroughly saturated..." There are literally hundreds, and sometimes thousands of NFTs being minted every hour of every day. They are as diverse as you can possibly imagine, incorporating themes such as abstract art, politics, satire, geography, collectible tokens or badges and pretty much anything else you can think of. You would have a very difficult time trying to think of an animal which isn't a feature of somebody's NFT collection! Even celebrities like Paris Hilton are getting it on the game and launching their own branded NFT collections for sale. The NFT market is thoroughly saturated, with creators from across the globe all vying for the attention of collectors and investors. But the top end of the marke
